Kernel Holding posts net profit of USD 237.6 mln for 2024/25 financial year

Listed Ukrainian cereal and sunflower oil producer Kernel Holding's net profit for the 2024/25 financial year (ended June 30, 2025) amounted to USD 237.6 million, compared to USD 167.6 million a year earlier, the company said in a market filing.


Kernel Holding's consolidated revenue in the 2024/25 financial year amounted to USD 4,115 million, compared to USD 3,581 million a year earlier, representing a 15 percent increase year on year.

EBITDA increased by 22 percent year on year to USD 466 million.

In the oil segment, EBITDA fell by 34 percent year on year to USD 148 million.

EBITDA in the infrastructure and trade segment increased by 7 percent year on year to USD 218 million.
