Grupa Kęty SAKety metals wants to look for acquisition targets in Western Europe and USA
Listed metals group Kety wants to grow both organically and through acquisitions. It will look for acquisition targets in Western Europe, but also in the United States, company representatives said during a video conference.
"We want to achieve growth in two ways - both organically and we are considering actively pursuing acquisition projects. However, we do not want to run into acquisitions," said deputy CEO Roman Przybylski.
"We believe that each of our businesses must have a healthy foundation and be able to grow organically above the market," he added.
He said that Kety wants to channel its financial capabilities into acquisitions.
"In Poland, we want to do acquisitions of manufacturing companies that would fill the capacity of the Extruded Products Segment, extend the chains, but also fit in with building the Aluprof construction brand," Przybylski said.
"The second group, which is key from the perspective of being present on other markets, are foreign acquisitions. We will be looking to the aluminium systems and extruded products segments for companies that will give us the largest possible market share," he added.
