With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2023, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 7 March 2025 up to and including 13 March 2025. Krka acquired 9,891 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,661,824 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 7 March 2025: 2,018 shares at a VWAP of EUR 168.17,
- on 10 March 2025: 1,998 shares at a VWAP of EUR 167.66,
- on 11 March 2025: 2,038 shares at a VWAP of EUR 168.16,
- on 12 March 2025: 2,006 shares at a VWAP of EUR 168.00 and
- on 13 March 2025: 1,831 shares at a VWAP of EUR 168.08.
Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.
The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,183,565 representing 6.659% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,193,456 representing 6.689% of all shares issued.
The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 14 March 2025 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
