Kruk SAKruk debt collector to carry out PLN 75 mln AP1-series bonds issue
Listed debt collector Kruk has adopted a resolution on issuing no more than 750,000 unsecured series AP1 bonds, with combined nominal value at maximum PLN 75 million (EUR 17.4 mln), the company said in a market filing.
The bonds will be dematerialised and will be subject to the company's application for their entry into trading on the Catalyst regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The company said that the bonds are to be offered at an issue price equal to the nominal value, which will be PLN 100 (EUR 23.26), while the total nominal value of the Bonds will not exceed PLN 75 million (EUR 17.4 mln).
The interest rate on the Bonds is variable and will be set at the base rate, which is WIBOR 3M plus a fixed margin of 3.00 percentage points per year.
Kruk will redeem the bonds on the maturity date set out in the final terms of their issue, with the right to redeem some or all of the subscribed bonds early at one's request.
