Lokum developer wants to pay dividend of PLN 0.5 per share

The management board of listed developer Lokum Deweloper intends to recommend earmarking PLN 9 million (EUR 2.1 mln) total from the 2024 net profit for the payment of dividends, which translates into PLN 0.5 (EUR 0.12) per share, the company said in a market filing.


According to the market filing, the amount of the proposed dividend takes into account both the company's current financial and capital situation and its investment plans.

The board proposes May 28 as the dividend date and June 4, 2025, as the dividend payment date.

From the 2023 profit, a total of PLN 43.2 million (EUR 10.1 mln) or PLN 2.4 (EUR 0.56) was allocated to the payment of dividend.
