mBank lender does not plan to pay dividends from 2025 profit

Listed lender mBank has decided to update the group's capital management strategy and the document assumes that no dividend will be paid from the profit earned by the bank in 2025, the company said in a market filing.


As stated, the bank's management will present the relevant resolution to the supervisory board for approval, and will then inform of the board's decision in a separate market filing.

The bank plans to use the retained profit to increase loan volumes, maintaining capital buffers above regulatory requirements and in line with the bank's strategy.

The bank's long-term dividend strategy for the coming years assumes a dividend payout ratio of 50 percent.
