Mirbud builder expects PLN 15 mln consolidated net profit in Q1 2025

Listed builder Mirbud estimates consolidated net profit in the first quarter of 2025 at PLN 15 million (EUR 3.54 mln), the company said in a market filing. The PAP Biznes consensus was for a net take of PLN 17.7 million (EUR 4.18 mln).


Sales revenue is estimated at PLN 497 million (EUR 117.24 mln) against the market expectations of PLN 647.9 million (EUR 117.24 mln) and gross profit on sales at PLN 43 million (EUR 10.14 mln).

Unconsolidated sales revenue is estimated at PLN 332 million (EUR 75.96 mln), gross profit on sales at PLN 25 million (EUR 5.9 mln) and net profit at PLN 49 million (EUR 11.56 mln).

Mirbud cautioned that the financial data presented is approximate and may differ from the data that will be presented in the final financial statements.
