Mostostal Zabrze builder estimates PLN 34.8 mln of net profit in Q3 2024

The offer of listed builder Mostostal Zabrze estimates that it posted sales revenue of PLN 249.3 million (EUR 57.7 mln), operating profit of PLN 41.1 million (EUR 9.5 mln), gross profit of PLN 39.9 million (EUR 9.2 mln) and net profit of PLN 34.8 million (EUR 8.1 mln) in the third quarter of 2024, the company said in a market filing. The group's backlog amounts to PLN 765.2 million (EUR 177.1 mln).


The company said that the preliminary financial results include a gain on the bargain purchase of Polwax of approximately PLN 27.3 million (EUR 6.3 mln).

After the three quarters of 2024, sales revenue amounted to PLN 703.7 million (EUR 162.9 mln), operating profit was PLN 63.3 million (EUR 14.7 mln) and net profit was PLN 54.2 million (EUR 12.6 mln).

Mostostal Zabrze stipulated that the presented financial results are estimates and may be subject to change. The financial report will be published on November 20, 2024.
