Murapol SAMurapol real estate sells 873 units to retail clients in Q4 '24
Real estate developer Murapol sold 873 units to retail customers in the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to 840 units a year earlier, the company said in a market filing. For the whole of 2024, sales amounted to 2,914 units - based on development and preliminary agreements, excluding bookings, compared to 2,889 units in 2023.
At the end of 2024, the group had 161 paid reservation contracts (after eliminating cancellations).
In addition, in 2024, the group sold 948 units in the PRS segment (institutional rental units) under the design & build formula (2023: 693), including 948 units in Q4 2024.
Total sales in both segments (retail customer and PRS) for 2024 amounted to 3,862 units (in 2023 - 3,582), including 1,821 units in Q4 2024, and including reservation agreements 4,023 units (in 2023 - 3,724).
Retail customers were handed over in 2024. 2,915 units against 2,801 handed over a year earlier. In the fourth quarter alone, 1,195 units were handed over, against 567 a year earlier.
In addition, 670 units were handed over in the PRS segment.
In 2024, the Murapol group has launched 3,911 units in 16 developments in 13 cities (up 3.7 percent).
At December 31, 2024, the group's offer included 4,618 units in 16 cities.
In turn, the Murapol group's portfolio of projects under construction included 7,756 units developed in 28 projects in 14 cities, including 6,115 units in the retail segment and 1,641 units in the PRS segment.
