Orange PL telco starts talks on new social agreement for 2026-2027

Listed telecom operator Orange Polska has started talks with social partners regarding a new social agreement which will be valid for 2026-2027, the company said in a market filing. In particular, it will define the number of voluntary employee departures during those years, salary increases, and the continuation of the "friendly work environment" programme.


As stated, the discussions on the new agreement align with the implementation of the Lead the Future strategy, aimed at focusing on creating long-term value, including improving operational efficiency.
