Orange PL telco wants to pay dividend of PLN 0.53 per share from its 2024 profit

Listed telecom operator Orange Polska recommends that the general meeting pay a dividend of PLN 0.53 (EUR 0.13) per share from the 2024 profit, the company said in a market filing.


"The dividend is in line with the .Grow strategy and takes into account the financial performance achieved and its future prospects," the company stressed in the market filing.

"The proposal represents a 10 percent increase on the PLN 0.48 per share dividend paid in 2024, being the third consecutive dividend increase, after the company returned to dividend payments in 2022. The dividend has more than doubled over this period," it added.

Orange Polska is proposing to set the dividend date for June 25, and the payment date would be July 9, 2025.
