PKO BP SAPanattoni secures EUR 74.5 mln from PKO BP lender for development of Wroclaw Campus 2
Industrial real estate developer Panattoni has secured EUR 74.5 million in financing from Poland's largest lender by assets PKO BP, Panattoni said in a press release. The loan will support the development of Wroclaw Campus 2 – one of the developer’s largest investments in Lower Silesia.
"The involvement of PKO Bank Polski as a financial partner once again confirms our ability to carry out the most ambitious and complex projects,” said the Head of Debt Finance Poland at Panattoni Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska, quoted in a press release.
"This financing will not only allow us to complete Wroclaw Campus 2 but also strengthen our long-term growth plans in the Polish market," she added.
Once completed, Wroclaw Campus 2 will offer over 160,000 square metres of modern industrial space. In the first phase, a 30,000 square metres facility has already been completed. By June this year, Panattoni will deliver an additional 30,000 square metres – part of the second building, which will eventually reach 130,000 square metres.
