Polimex Mostostal builder appoints Jakub Stypula as CEO

Listed builder Polimex Mostostal's supervisory board has entrusted Jakub Stypula with the position of the company's CEO, Polimex said in a press release. In addition, Miroslaw Soltysiak was appointed to the board as deputy CEO for operations as of April 1.


Jakub Stypula has so far held the position of the deputy CEO for operations and acted as company's CEO.

At the same time, in connection with the expiry of the management board's term of office, Polimex Mostostal's supervisory board appointed, as of April 1, for a new three-year term, the management board of Polimex Mostostal, consisting of the CEO of the management board Jakub Stypula, the deputy CEO of the management board for financial affairs Marzena Hebda-Sztandkie and the company's deputy CEO for operations, Miroslaw Soltysiak.
