Podstawa prawna: Art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 2 Ustawy o ofercie - informacje bieżące i okresowe

Zarząd Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") przekazuje w załączeniu treść uchwał podjętych przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Emitenta w dniu 30 czerwca 2025 r. ("WZ") wraz z określeniem liczby akcji, z których oddano ważne głosy, procentowym udziałem tych akcji w kapitale zakładowym, z łączną liczbą ważnych głosów, w tym liczbą głosów "za", "przeciw" i "wstrzymujących się".

Do podjętych uchwał nie zgłoszono sprzeciwów, nie było uchwał, które były poddane pod głosowanie, a nie zostały podjęte, WZ nie odstąpiło od rozpatrzenia żadnego z punktów porządku obrad WZ.

Resolutions adopted by the General Shareholders Meeting of Selvita S.A.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A. with its registered office in

Krakow ("Company") hereby informs about the resolutions adopted by the

General Shareholders Meeting of the Company held on June 30, 2025

("GSM") together with the information on number of shares, the

percentage of shares in share capital and the total number of votes,

including the number of votes "in favor", "against" and "abstentions".

The resolutions adopted by the GSM are attached to this report, along

with the votes casted on each resolution.No objections were

raised to the adopted resolutions, there were no resolutions that were

on the GSM agenda and were not submitted for voting, the GSM did not

withdraw from considering any of the matters planned to be discussed

with respect to the GSM agenda.
