SELVITA SA (22/2025) Otrzymanie istotnego zamówienia / Receipt of a significant order

Zarząd spółki Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent", "Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 29 sierpnia 2025 r. powziął informację o otrzymaniu przez Emitenta zamówienia ("Zamówienie"), od firmy biofarmaceutycznej z siedzibą w Europie ("Klient").

Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest kontynuacja zintegrowanego projektu odkrywania leków realizowanego przez Spółkę na rzecz Klienta, którego celem jest wytypowanie kandydata przedklinicznego. W ramach projektu będą świadczone usługi z zakresu chemii medycznej, CADD (ang. Computer Aided Drug Discovery - komputerowo wspomagane projektowanie leków), farmakologii in vitro oraz metabolizmu leków i farmakokinetyka (ang. Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics, DMPK). Zamówienie będące przedmiotem niniejszego raportu będzie realizowane przez 12 miesięcy, od września 2025 r. do sierpnia 2026 r., stanowiąc kontynuację współpracy z Klientem rozpoczętej na początku 2025 r.

Łączna wartość Zamówienia wynosi 4.224.463 EUR (tj. 18.031.699 PLN, według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 29 sierpnia 2025 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2684 PLN). W bieżącym roku Spółka zrealizowała dla Klienta usługi o wartości 1.157.438 EUR (4.925.876 PLN).

Szacunkowa łączna wartość usług świadczonych na rzecz Klienta w całym 2025 r., uwzględniająca Zamówienie, wyniesie 2.577.033 EUR (tj. 10.999.807 PLN, według średniego kursu Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 29 sierpnia 2025 r., wynoszącego 1 EUR = 4,2684 PLN).

Z uwagi na wartość Zamówienia oraz jego przedmiot będący współpracą dotyczącą zintegrowanego projektu odkrywania leków, Zarząd Emitenta uznaje otrzymane Zamówienie za istotne.

Receipt of a significant order

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in

Kraków (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs, that on August

29, 2025, was informed that the Issuer had received an order (the

"Order") from a biopharmaceutical company with headquarter in Europe

(the "Client").

The subject of the Order is the continuation of the integrated drug

discovery project carried out by the Company for the Client, aimed at

preclinical candidate selection. Within the scope of the project,

services will be provided in the fields of medicinal chemistry, CADD

(Computer-Aided Drug Discovery), in vitro pharmacology, as well as drug

metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK). The Order described in this

report will be implemented over a period of 12 months, from September

2025 to August 2026, as a continuation of the collaboration with the

Client initiated at the beginning of 2025.

The total value of the Order amounts to EUR 4,224,463 (PLN 18,031,699

PLN, converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of

Poland as of August 29, 2025: 1 EUR = 4.2684 PLN). This year the Company

had provided the Client with services worth EUR 1,157,438 (PLN

4,925,876).

The total estimated value of services provided to the Client in the

entire year 2025, including the Order, will amount to EUR 2,577,033 (PLN

10,999,807 converted at the average exchange rate of the National Bank

of Poland as of August 29, 2025: EUR 1 = PLN 4.2684).

Given the value of the Order and its subject matter, which involves

cooperation on an integrated drug discovery project, the Issuer's

Management Board considers the received Order to be material.
