Resignation of a Management Board Member
The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in
Krakow (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs that on May 8,
2025, it has received a statement on resignation of Ms. Mirosława Zydroń
from the position of the Member of the Company's Management Board,
without specifying reasons thereof, effective May 8, 2025.
