TEN SQUARE GAMES SA (7/2025) Informacja o kwartalnych przychodach (płatnościach) ze sprzedaży - 1Q 2025

Mając na uwadze zapewnienie przejrzystej i efektywnej polityki informacyjnej, Zarząd Ten Square Games S.A. informuje, że szacunkowe skonsolidowane płatności użytkowników w grach (bez uwzględnienia przychodów odroczonych w czasie) Grupy Kapitałowej Ten Square Games w pierwszym kwartale 2025 roku wyniosły 90,4 mln PLN.

W szacunkowej kwocie płatności 52,5 mln PLN odnosi się do płatności wygenerowanych przez grę Fishing Clash, co stanowi ok. 58,2% skonsolidowanych przychodów. Kolejne 18,7 mln PLN (20,7%) odnosi się do płatności w grze Hunting Clash. Kwota 7,3 mln PLN (8,1%) odnosi się do płatności Wings of Heroes.

Płatności w poszczególnych miesiącach wyniosły odpowiednio:

- styczeń 2025: 31,4 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 18,0 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 6,7 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,6 mln PLN.

- luty 2025: 27,8 mln PLN w tym Fishing Clash - 15,9 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 5,9 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,3 mln PLN.

- marzec 2025: 31,2 mln PLN, w tym Fishing Clash - 18,7 mln PLN, Hunting Clash - 6,2 mln PLN, a Wings of Heroes - 2,4 mln PLN.

Zarząd informuje również, że niniejszy raport zawiera dane wstępne, które mogą różnić się od danych ostatecznych. Ostateczna informacja o przychodach ze sprzedaży, w tym w szczególności z uwzględnieniem przychodu odroczonego w czasie, będzie opublikowana w skonsolidowanym raporcie okresowym. Najbliższym raportem okresowym przekazywanym przez Spółkę jest skonsolidowany raport kwartalny za okres zakończony 31 marca 2025 roku, który zostanie opublikowany 19 maja 2025 roku.

To

ensure a transparent and effective information policy, the Management

Board of Ten Square Games S.A. informs that the estimated consolidated

bookings in games (excluding deferred revenues) of the Ten Square

Games Capital Group in the first quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 90.4

million.

Of

the total estimated amount, PLN 52.5 million relates to bookings

generated by the game Fishing Clash, which constitutes approximately

58.2% of consolidated revenues. Another PLN 18.7 million (20.7%)

relates to bookings in the game Hunting Clash. The amount of PLN 7.3

million (8.1%) relates to bookings in the game Wings of Heroes.

Bookings

in individual months were as follows:

January

2025: PLN 31.4 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 18.0 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 6.7 million and Wings of Heroes PLN 2.6 million.

February

2025: PLN 27.8 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 15.9 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 5.9 million and Wings of Heroes PLN 2.3 million.

March

2025: PLN 31.2 million, including Fishing Clash - PLN 18.7 million,

Hunting Clash - PLN 6.2 million, and Wings of Heroes - PLN 2.4

million.

The

Management Board also informs that this report contains preliminary

data, which may differ from the final data. The final information on

sales revenues, including deferred revenues, will be published in the

consolidated periodic report. The next periodic report to be issued by

the Company is the consolidated quarterly report for the period ending

March 31, 2024, which will be published on May 19, 2025.
