ZE PAK SAZE PAK has capacity obligation agreement for 308.277 MW for unit 9 at Patnow power plant
Listed power utility ZE PAK has concluded a capacity contract for 308.277 MW of capacity obligation for unit no. 9 at the Patnow power plant as a result of a supplementary auction on the capacity market for the supply period from July 1 to December 31, 2025, the company said in a market filing.
The closing price of the auction completed in Round 1, ranges from PLN 395.1 (EUR 93.17)/kW/year to PLN 431 (EUR 101.64)/kW/year.
The final closing price of the auction (preliminary auction result) will be made public by Poland's grid operator PSE within three working days.
The final results of the auction will be announced by the Polish energy market authority URE in the public information bulletin on it's website on the first working day following the 21st day after the auction ends. Until then, all contracts for the sale of capacity obligations are conditional.
