InPost's CEO Rafal Brzoska presents first results of deregulation team's work
The CEO of Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost Rafal Brzoska presented on X the first results of the deregulation team's work.
Last Monday, during the conference 'Poland. A year of breakthrough', Poland 's Prime Minister Donald Tusk proposed to Brzoska to create a team to prepare deregulation proposals and stated that he wants to meet regularly with entrepreneurs.
"Our initiative is apolitical, open to entrepreneurs, employees, experts, but also to each of you - all of you who experience the absurdities of bureaucracy on a daily basis and want real change. The more voices we have, the greater the chance of effective regulatory simplification," Brzoska wrote.
The team divided the proposals into changes to regulations, laws, changes to EU regulations and development projects.
Among the proposed changes Brzoska listed an increase in the number of general interpretations issued by the Minister of Finance, introduction of an obligation for tax authorities to comply with CJEU rulings favourable to taxpayers, enforcement of the 'EU + zero' principle (no additional national legislation to EU directives) and reducing the frequency of business inspections by half.
