Poland launches public consultation on Development Strategy until 2035
Polish Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy (MFiPR) is launching public consultations on Poland's Development Strategy until 2035, one of its fundamental priorities being to strengthen security, minister Katarzyna Pelczynska-Nalecz told journalists.
"A significant part of the new strategy is devoted to security issues, with a clear understanding that we are facing a war and that security, understood as both building our military strength and building the state's resilience to all crisis situations, is one of the fundamental priorities of this strategy," Pelczynska-Nalecz told reporters.
The document highlights three main challenges for Poland: easing demographic changes, promoting a competitive and fair economy with environmental care, and enhancing state security and resilience. It also notes that Poland lacks sufficient innovation for its development level.
