Poland with robust growth of exports to USA in Q1 2025 – stats office
In the first quarter of 2025, Poland recorded a very strong increase in exports to the USA, the stats office GUS announced.
Exports to the USA grew by 9.0 percent between January and March.
The balance of trade with the United States after the first quarter was negative and amounted to PLN 6.7 billion (EUR 1.6 billion).
According to the stats office data, the largest share in the exchange of goods in both import and export with the United States was accounted for goods from the mechanical industry. Other significant goods in exports to the US included furniture, optical and photographic equipment and electrical machinery.
