Polish government adopts draft on deregulation law, says infrastructure minister
On Tuesday, the government adopted a draft law to deregulate economic and administrative law and to improve the principles of economic law drafting, Poland's infrastructure minister Dariusz Klimczak announced on X.
He added that an important topic during the meeting was the concept of legal solutions for the implementation of strategic and key investments in the state's defence needs.
Prior to the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that a meeting with the social side and a summary of the first stage of deregulation work would be held on March 24.
In February, during the conference 'Poland. A year of breakthrough', the Prime Minister proposed to Amsterdam-listed parcel locker operator InPost CEO, Polish millionaire Rafal Brzoska to create a team to prepare deregulation proposals and said he wanted to meet regularly with entrepreneurs.
