P4 operator makes partial early repayment of PLN 478 million loan agreement

P4, the Catalyst-listed operator of Polish telecom Play, has made a voluntary partial early repayment of the loan agreement in the amount of PLN 478 million (EUR 111.8 mln), as a result of which the outstanding amount of the loan agreement is now PLN 2.52 billion (EUR 589.4 mln), the company said in a market filing. The repayment relates to a loan agreement with an original value of PLN 5.5 billion (EUR 1.3 bln), concluded on December 10, 2021.


It was reported that, in addition, P4 has entered into an amendment agreement with financial institutions to the term loan agreement of December 10, 2021.

On this basis, the repayment date of the term loan granted under the loan agreement has been extended to March 26, 2030.
