Grupa Pracuj expects 2-4 pct y/y growth in number of recruitment projects in Poland

Listed HR firm Grupa Pracuj expects a 2-4 percent year-on-year growth in the number of recruitment projects in Poland in the coming quarters, with an increasing share of Pink and Blue Collars ads in the job structure, with a single-digit increase in the average price by around 3-6 percent year-on-year, the company said in a presentation.


The number of recruitment projects on the Pracuj .pl website in Q3 2024 was 127,500, up from 123,500 a year earlier.

In the nine-month period of 2024, the number was 381,300, compared to 381,800 a year ago. The average price of projects in Q1-Q3 2024 was PLN 927.5 (EUR 213.7), up 5.5 percent year on year.
