Poland's state bank guarantee fund BFG has set the amount of the contribution to the forced restructuring fund due from listed lender Santander Bank Polska in 2025 at approximately PLN 271.4 million (EUR 64.76 mln), the bank said in a market filing.

Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny określił wysokość składki na fundusz przymusowej restrukturyzacji należnej od Santander Bank Polska w 2025 r. w kwocie ok. 271,4 mln zł z uwzględnieniem wysokości korekt składek za 2023 r. oraz 2024 r. - poinformował bank w komunikacie. (PAP Biznes)

Listed lender Santander BP has received information from Poland's financial market regulator KNF on the possibility of the bank also paying out in 2025 the amount of PLN 840.9 million (EUR 201.3 mln) coming from dividend capital. The total amount possible for the bank to pay out to shareholders this year is PLN 4.74 billion (EUR 1.13 bln), the bank said in a market filing.
