The Management Board of Agora S.A., with reference
to_#160;regulatory filing No._#160;27/2013_#160;of_#160;
December 18, 2013, regulatory filing No. 33/2022_#160;of
September 8, 2022 and regulatory filing No. 9/2024 of April 10, 2024_#160;
informs that on September 25, 2024, the Company received information
that on September 23, 2024 Consortium consisting of AMS S.A. ("AMS") and
Ströer Polska Sp. z_#160;o.o. ("Ströer"), acting pursuant to_#160;clause 28.1 of
the Concession Agreement ("Agreement"), concluded an amendment to_#160;the
Agreement with the Capital City of Warsaw, extending its validity until
November 15, 2025.The amendment is a
result of conclusion of a settlement between the Consortium and the
Capital City of Warsaw in the course of proceedings before the Court of
Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.

2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission
