Skonsolidowany raport okresowy za III kwartał 2025 r. zostanie przekazany do publicznej wiadomości 29 października 2025 r.
Podstawa prawna: § 84 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 6 czerwca 2025 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim.

Change in the date of publication of financial statements for the third
quarter of 2025
The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") informs about the
change in the date of publication of financial statements for the third
quarter of 2025, which was to be published on October 28, 2025, in
accordance with the information published in Current Report No. 55/2024
of December 13, 2024.
The consolidated financial statements for the third quarter of 2025 will
be published on October 29, 2025.
Legal basis: § 84 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of
June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information published by issuers
of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information
required by the laws of a non-member state.
