Amica white goods wants to pay dividend of PLN 2 per share from 2024 profit

Listed white goods producer Amica's management board recommends its shareholders paying a dividend of PLN 2 (EUR 0.47) from the group's 2024 profit, Amica said in a market filing. The management’s recommendation was positively reviewed by the supervisory board.


According to the management board's proposal, the net profit generated in 2024 in the amount of PLN 5.3 million (EUR 1.25 mln), plus an amount of PLN 10 million (EUR 2.36 mln) transferred from the reserve capital created from retained earnings, is to be distributed as a dividend.

The proposed record dividend date is June 19, and the dividend is to be paid on June 27, 2025.

In 2024, Amica's general meeting decided to allocate PLN 19.17 million (EUR 4.52 mln) from the reserve capital created from previous years' profits to the payment of dividends, which translated into PLN 2.5 (EUR 0.59) per share.
