Azoty chemicals signs annex to agreement with financing institutions

Listed chemicals group Azoty has concluded an annex to the agreement of February 2, 2024 on behalf of itself and selected group companies. The term of the agreement has been extended to June 30, 2025, Azoty group said in a market filing.


"We are consistently implementing the agreed recovery programme and presenting its effects to financing institutions on an ongoing basis. According to the schedule, we are signing agreements with banks and thus have a stable financial situation assured," said acting CEO of Azoty Andrzej Skolmowski.

"In turn, at the end of April, we signed documents with financing institutions whereby the institutions agreed to waive selected terms of Azoty's financing agreements," he added.
