Poland's state development bank BGK has invested EUR 25 million in the Eiffel Transition Infrastructure fund, with the funds allocated to companies operating in the field of renewable energy sources in Poland, BGK announced in a statement.
"BGK has made an investment in the Eiffel Transition Infrastructure fund, which supports infrastructure projects in the field of renewable energy in European Union countries. One of the main investors in this fund is the European Investment Fund (EIF)," BGK announced.
Poland's state development bank invested EUR 25 million, and the funds will be allocated to the development of projects in Poland at an early stage of their performance.
"To date, the Eiffel Transition Infrastructure fund has invested a total of EUR 65 million in Polish projects, including support for the development of Optima Wind in Poland and the expansion of R.Power into foreign markets," BGK added.
