Budimex builder plans to extend strategic options review process of FBSerwis group

Listed builder Budimex plans to extend the process of reviewing the strategic options of the group's subsidiary, FBSerwis group, the management board announced at a press conference following the release of Budimex's financial report for the third quarter of 2025.


"We announced that the results of the review would be available by the end of October, but this will not happen. It seems that we should have the results by the end of the year. We will extend this deadline in the form of an official market filing," board member Marcin Weglowski told the conference.

Budimex began the process of reviewing the strategic options for the FBSerwis group in November 2024.

FBSerwis S.A. was established by Ferrovial Services Ltd. and Budimex SA in 2012 – the company's name was derived from the first letters of the founders' names.

Since July 3, 2019, Budimex has been the sole shareholder of FBSerwis, following the purchase of a 51 percent stake in the company, originally owned by Ferrovial Services.
