Zarząd Energa SA ("Spółka") powziął informację, iż w dniu 10 lipca br. Sąd Rejonowy Gdańsk-Północ, VII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego dokonał rejestracji zmian Statutu Spółki, przyjętych uchwałą nr 30 Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Spółki z dnia 13 czerwca 2025 roku.
Zmiany wprowadzone do Statutu ww. uchwałą zostały opublikowane w raporcie bieżącym nr 21/2025 z dnia 13 czerwca 2025 roku. Jednolity tekst Statutu Spółki uwzględniający zmiany stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

Legal Basis: Article 56 Section 1 Item 2 of the Act on Offerings -
current and periodic information
The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") has received information
that on 10 July 2025, the District Court Gdańsk North, the 7th Economic
Division of the National Court Register registered amendments to the
Company's Articles of Association adopted by resolution No. 30 of the
Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on 13 June 2025.
The amendments made to the Articles of Association in the resolution
mentioned above were published in the Current Report No. 21/2025 of 13
June 2025. The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of
Association incorporating the amendments forms an attachment to this
report.
