ING Bank Śląski SAING BSK lender to start repurchase of own shares
Listed lender ING BSK will start repurchasing the fourth tranche of its own shares, the bank said in a market filing. The bank plans to repurchase 25,000 shares between December 4 and 31, 2024.
The repurchase of shares is being carried out on the basis of the Poland's financial watchdog KNF's authorisation in 2023-2027.
The total amount, which can be earmarked for the repurchase of the bank's own shares, including the costs of their acquisition, will be no more than PLN 200 million (EUR 46.5 mln), and the number of shares will not exceed 800,000.
The unit price of the own shares repurchased under the programme may not be less than PLN 50 (EUR 11.6) and more than PLN 500 (EUR 116.4).
The purpose of the repurchase of own shares is to fulfil the obligations under the bank's incentive programme.
The repurchase programme will be led and managed by Trigon DM brokerage.
