JSW SA (11/2025) Ogłoszenie wystąpienia siły wyższej w JSW

Zarząd Jastrzębskiej Spółki Węglowej S.A. ["Spółka", "JSW", "Emitent"] informuje, iż w dniu 29 stycznia 2025 roku podjął uchwałę o wystąpieniu siły wyższej w JSW i poinformowaniu kontrahentów Spółki o jej wystąpieniu oraz jej konsekwencjach dla zobowiązań objętych działaniem siły wyższej. Podjęcie przedmiotowej decyzji jest związane z wydarzeniami zaistniałymi w dniu 22 stycznia 2025 roku w kopalni Knurów-Szczygłowice Ruch Szczygłowice, gdzie doszło do zapalenia metanu, w wyniku którego zaszła konieczność otamowania zagrożonego rejonu.

Mając na względzie aktualnie trwającą akcję ratowniczą Emitent na chwilę obecną przewiduje utratę wolumenu produkcji w 2025 roku w wysokości ok. 800 tys. ton.

Spółka informuje, że na dzień sporządzenia niniejszego raportu nie jest możliwy do określenia pełny wpływ zdarzenia na perspektywy Spółki i jej Grupy w przyszłości. W przypadku istotnych zmian wynikających z prowadzonych analiz, JSW będzie informowała odrębnymi raportami bieżącymi.

The

Management Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ["Company", "JSW",

"Issuer"] reports that on 29 January 2025 it adopted a resolution on the

occurrence of force majeure in JSW and the notification of the Company's

business partners of its occurrence and the ensuing consequences for the

obligations affected by the operation of force majeure.

This decision is related to the events that occurred on 22 January 2025

in the Knurów-Szczygłowice mine, Szczygłowice Section, where a methane

ignition occurred and the endangered area had to be sealed off using

stoppings.

In view of

the rescue operation currently in progress, the Issuer currently expects

the loss of production volume in 2025 to be approximately 800 thousand

tons.

The Company

reports that as at the date of preparing this report, it is not possible

to determine the full impact of the incident on the future prospects of

the Company and of the JSW Group. In the event of material changes

stemming from the analyses conducted, JSW will provide information in

the form of separate current reports.
