LPP SALPP expects revenues of approximately PLN 26 bln in 2025, with margins in range of 52-53 pct
Listed fashion group LPP expects revenues of approximately PLN 26 billion (EUR 6.1 bln) in the 2025 financial year, with gross margin on sales in the range of 52-53 percent, stated the company in its quarterly report.
"At the same time, for the next financial year, i.e. 2025, thanks to area growth of 35-40 percent, positive LFL and double-digit year on year growth in the online channel, the group expects revenues of approximately PLN 26 billion, with a gross margin on sales in the range of 52-53 percent," LPP stated.
"In 2025, the company also assumes maintaining cost efficiency (ratio: operating costs/sales max. 40 percent) and capital expenditure of PLN 3.5 billion, of which PLN 2.3 billion for stores. Additionally, the company wants to maintain a safe level of debt," it added.
As stated, the group's sales plans for the entire financial year 2024 assume the possibility of achieving around PLN 20-21 billion (EUR 4.7-4.9 bln) in sales and a gross margin on sales in the range of 52-53 percent. Capital expenditure is to amount to PLN 1.9 billion (EUR 445.6 mln).
