Murapol SAMurapol builder's majority shareholder sells 20 pct of shares at ABB, at PLN 38 per share
Listed builder Murapol's majority shareholder AEREF V PL Inwestycje sold 20 percent of the company's shares to investors at PLN 38 (EUR 8.94) per share as part of an accelerated book-building procedure, Murapol said in a market filing.
Initially, AEREF V PL Inwestycje wanted to sell 6,120,000 Murapol shares, but due to significant demand expressed by many Polish and foreign investors, the number of shares sold was increased from 15 to 20 percent of Murapol's share capital (8,160,000 shares).
The total value of the transaction amounts to PLN 310 million (EUR 73 mln).
After the settlement of the transaction, AEREF V PL Inwestycje will hold 19,600,000 Murapol shares, representing 48.04 percent of the share capital of this company.
The shareholder undertook to observe the restriction of transferability of Murapol shares held after the offer, during the period from the date of conclusion of the placement agreement and until the expiry of 180 days from the date of settlement of the sale transaction (lock-up obligation), subject to exclusions specified in the placement agreement, including those concerning the sale of the company's shares in off-market transactions by way of a private placement.
Erste Securities Polska, Pekao Investment Banking, Banco Santander and Santander Brokerage act as global co-ordinators of the offering and, together with Pekao Brokerage, as joint bookrunners.
