Panattoni secures EUR 26 mln from mBank lender for construction of Panattoni Park Cracow

Industrial real estate developer Panattoni has secured EUR 26 million in financing from listed lender mBank, Panattoni said in a press release. The loan will support the Panattoni Park Cracow East V logistics complex.


"Obtaining financing from mBank for Panattoni Park Cracow East - our latest investment in the Lesser Poland region - confirms the confidence of the financial market in our projects and the stability of the logistics real estate sector in the country," said the head of debt finance at Panattoni Poland Emilia Taczewska-Trojanska, quoted in the press release.

Panattoni Park Cracow East V is being built on a 10-hectare site in Zakrzow, the construction work has started in October 2024. The investment comprises a 39,000 square metres building, which will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level. The conditions for the shaping of the modules will allow the facility to accommodate diverse processes, from typical logistics applications to light manufacturing.
