PKO BP SAPKO BP issues senior unsecured bonds worth EUR 500 million
Poland's largest lender by assets PKO BP issued senior unsecured bonds under the EMTN programme with a nominal value of EUR 500 million, the bank said in a market filing. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg and Warsaw stock exchanges.
The bonds mature in 7 years, with an option for PKO BP to redeem early after 6 years.
The issuance is based on a prospectus approved by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier on April 17, 2025.
Subscription on November 13 covered 5,000 bonds with a 62.72 percent reduction rate.
The bonds were subscribed at 99.725 percent of nominal value, with a margin of 120 basis points for interest rate calculation.
