Unibep builder posts PLN 35.8 mln EBIT, PLN 0.4 mln net profit in H1 2025

Listed builder Unibep posted an operating profit of PLN 35.8 million (EUR 8.4 mln), revenues of PLN 1,035.5 million (EUR 243.8 mln) and a net profit of PLN 0.4 million (EUR 94,160) in the first half of 2025, the group's financial report has shown. The results are in line with earlier estimates.


In the first half of 2025, the group recorded a gross profit on sales of PLN 81.7 million (EUR 19.2 mln). It was reported that despite lower sales than in the prior year period, gross profit on sales was higher, both in absolute terms and as a percentage.

It was reported that the overall operating profitability achieved by the capital group in the first half the year was influenced by a one-off event recorded in the context of its development activities.
