Listed convenience store chain Zabka Group posted PLN 596 million (EUR 140.3 mln) in Q1 adjusted EBITDA, up from PLN 518 million (EUR 121.9 mln) in the prior year period and against a consensus of PLN 587.9 million (EUR 138.4 mln).

Sales to end customers reached PLN 6.6 bln (EUR 1.55 bln) in Q1 2025, reflecting a 14.8 percent year-on-year increase.
Like-for-Like growth in Q1 reached 6.0 percent.
"Given the performance in the first quarter of 2025, we are maintaining our short- and medium-term expectations for store openings, LFL sales growth, and adjusted EBITDA margin", said Zabka Group CFO Marta Wrochna-Lastowska, as quoted in the press release.
CAPEX stood at PLN 325 mln (EUR 76.5 mln), growing by 19.2 percent compared to Q1 2024.
Zabka Group’s network grew to 11,460 stores, with 407 stores opened in Poland and 29 in Romania during the first quarter.
