Polish President signs law on transparency of housing prices
Polish President Andrzej Duda has signed a law that obliges developers to publish the prices of apartments and single-family houses they offer, according to the Chancellery of the President.
It was added that the new regulations are intended to guarantee reliable and up-to-date information, in particular on prices, which is necessary for those interested in purchasing a flat or a single-family home.
Developers are also required to inform buyers of any price changes and to present price trends since the start of sales, updating the information on their websites.
