Orlen SAOrlen energy appoints S. Jedrzejczyk, S. Staszak as new management board members
Poland's largest energy concern Orlen's supervisory board has appointed Sławomir Jedrzejczyk to the company's management board as deputy CEO for finance and Slawomir Staszak as a member of the management board for energy and energy transformation, Orlen announced in a market filing.
Between 2008 and 2017, Sławomir Jędrzejczyk was deputy CEO and CFO at PKN Orlen, as well as deputy CEO of the supervisory board of Orlen's Czech subsidiary Unipetrol, a member of the management board of Orlen's Latvian subsidiary, Orlen Lietuva, and a member of the management board of Orlen Upstream Canada.
His most important tasks included implementing a strategy focused on value growth, building relationships with the capital market, securing financing and increasing cash flow through operational excellence. He was responsible for finance, controlling, accounting, supply chain management, investor relations, M&A and IT. Between 2017 and 2025, he was a mentor, investor and independent member of supervisory boards.
Since April 20, 2024, Slawomir Staszak has been a member of the management board of Orlen's subsidiary, listed power utility Energa. Staszak is the chairman of the supervisory board of Energa Operator, deputy head of the supervisory board of Energa Obrot, chairman of the supervisory board of Baltic Offshore Service Solution, and deputy head of the Polish Electricity Association (PKEE).
