Kredyt Inkaso to issue bonds with max value of up to PLN 30 mln

The management board of debt collector Kredyt Inkaso has decided to issue T1 series bonds under the established bond issue programme, the company said in a market filing. The company will issue up to 30 thousand bonds with a total nominal value of up to PLN 30 million.


The issue price of one bond has been established in such a way that it will depend on the day on which the investor subscribes for the bonds and will amount to: PLN 996 (EUR 231.3) from October 22, 2024 to October 29, 2024, and from October 30, 2024 - PLN 1,000 (EUR 232.2).

"The entire proceeds from the bond issue will be used to finance the operating and investment activities of the company's capital group, with the provision that the proceeds from the bond issue will not be used to provide loans or other financing to individuals or entities outside the company's capital group, and will not be used for the direct acquisition of debt portfolios by the company," it wrote.

The bonds will be redeemed on November 12, 2028.
