Listed debt collector Kruk's management board has passed a resolution to launch the company's twelfth bond issue programme with a total nominal value of up to PLN 900 million (EUR 211.1 mln), allowing Kruk to issue public bonds in book-entry form, the company said in a market filing.
The emission prospectus requires an approval of Poland's financial market regulator KNF.
Individual series of Bonds under the Programme will be issued during the 12 months from the prospectus approval by KNF.
Individual bond issues may differ with respect to their final issue terms and conditions, in particular with respect to the rules of defining interest and the interest rate.
As Kruk stressed in the market filing, detailed issue terms and conditions of each bond series will be defined in the prospectus and in the final issue terms and conditions of individual bond issues.
