("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 13 czerwca 2025 roku Sąd Okręgowy w Łodzi X Wydział Gospodarczy oddalił w całości powództwo akcjonariusza Spółki o stwierdzenie nieważności lub uchylenie uchwały nr 11 podjętej przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie w dniu 25 czerwca 2024 roku w sprawie absolutorium z wykonania obowiązków w roku 2023 Prezesa Zarządu Spółki Pana Daniela Obajtka.
Wyrok w ww. sprawie nie jest prawomocny.

Dismissal of the statement of claim for annulment of the resolution of Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. Regulatory announcement no 34/2025 dated 13 June 2025ORLEN S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that on 13 June 2025 the District Court in Łódź, X Commercial Division, has dismissed in whole the statement of claim filed by the Company's shareholder for annulment or repeal of the resolution no 11 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024 on discharge of the President of the Company's Management Board, Mr Daniel Obajtek of liability for his activities in 2023.The verdict is not final.See also: the regulatory announcement no 50/2024 as of 30 September 2024.
