Orlen appoints Marcin Wasilewski as board member

Poland's largest energy concern Orlen's supervisory board has appointed Marcin Wasilewski to the management board as a member of the management board for technology from January 1, 2025, the company announced in a market filing.

Marcin Wasilewski has been CEO of InnoEnergy Poland since 2022. As stated in the filing, he intends to resign from this position and the resignation will take effect no later than December 31, 2024.

Wasilewski was associated with the Orlen group from 2006 to 2018. He served as chairman of the supervisory board of Anwil and president of Baltic Power (later chairman of the supervisory board), and was also a member of the supervisory board of Orlen Lietuva and a number of other Orlen group companies.
