Listed real estate developer Develia’s management sees its 2025 sales goal as within reach, but says it’s too early to assess the impact of the Bouygues acquisition, management board member Karol Dzieciol said.
"It seems that the target we declared at the beginning of the year is achievable, and we will deliver it by year-end. However, it is still too early to declare what impact the merger with Bouygues will have on results and targets," Dzieciol said.
In February, Develia assumed that in 2025, sales of residential units would range between 3,100 and 3,300. In the first quarter of 2025, the group sold 951 units, compared to 1,038 units a year earlier.
"The acquisition of Bouygues Immobilier Polska is another major quantitative and qualitative step in the company’s development, enabling us to achieve strategic goals," he added.
